When I tell you walking through that section of West Oakland stressed me TF out, I am NOT exaggerating. I'm street smart enough to know that a woman walking alone through deserted warehouse areas at night is NOT safe.
Thank jeebus Benson looked tough as nails. (Though he was actually on the best sniffari of his life. He chased two rats!!)
But golf clap to the #Citymapper app that helped me navigate in unfamiliar territory. Love this app. Best public transit app I've ever used.
