A plea to barre trainers. EXPLAIN the movement, as often an individuals back is to the screen/instructor. Use proper instructions. That wasn't a "lift" it was a curl. You tell me to lift my arm, I will raise it to the ceiling. You don't "point your toes up" you flex your foot. Point is elongating the foot so the leg is all one line. "Bend, extend" What? *Stops to look at instructor* Oh a pushup. SAY THAT.
