The Times’ article makes clear there will be a tsunami of advertising and politicking to influence public opinion on the #FlanneryAssociates project. It’s being couched in all the things that tickle the #YIMBY fancy, but at the end of the day, it’d be greenfield sprawl on what’s currently rural land.
