In "7.5 Follow Activity" there's mention of "MAY be the result of user input (possibly after some delay in which the user reviews)" but the only two responses seem to be "Accept" or "Reject" with nothing like a "Pending" response.
How would I indicate in a response that there may be some delay while a user reviews?
