GAWD!! I am here in Las Vegas trying to help my mother vote. So I am looking up the ballot drop off locations.

First, the locations are whack-a-mole, they are open only for various hours on various days. At home (in California, every location in my county is open *every* day for the full day.) Nevada seems to be trying to discourage people from finding an open drop off.

Second, they send out the information as a .pdf file **image**, with the ability to search and the ability to extract the addresses disabled. So cut-and-paste into Google Maps? Nope. (Fortunately there is a map, but *only* in the paper voting pamphlet.) Again this seems designed to frustrate voters from finding a ballot drop off point.

Discouragement of voting seems built into the Las Vegas (and I presume the rest of the Nevada) voting system.
