WHERE: Interior North #SFBay, San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, the City of San Francisco & the Interior Central Coast. #California

IMPACTS: Most will be at risk for heat-related illnesses without effective cooling or adequate hydration, especially with prolonged outdoor exposure. Cumulative impacts from heat will increase the risk of heat-related illnesses.

PRECAUTIONS:
*Drink plenty of fluids
*Stay in Air Conditioning.
*Stay out of the sun.
*Check on relatives & neighbors.
*NEVER leave kids, pets or elders in vehicles
*Take extra precautions if you spend time outside.
*Reschedule strenuous activities to early morn or evening.
*Know signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion & heat
stroke.
*Wear lightweight & loose fitting clothes.
