More pictures from my bike ride this evening when I rode by Portland Int'l Airport via the Columbia River levee trail on the way home from bicycling the Willamette River in downtown. In the 3rd & 4th pictures I saw a taxiing US Navy P-8 Poseidon, a military Boeing 737NG modified to hunt and kill submarines. It seemed a bit ironic because I went by a submarine (USS Blueback museum display at OMSI) earlier on the ride. #aviation #travel #avgeek #Portland #PNW

This was taken from the Marine Drive path on top of the Columbia River levee, about 10 minutes after sunset.
