A driver is not going to pass then merge back into the lane when passing a rider 10-15 feet from a stop sign. </p><p>It happened tonight, and the driver doesn&#39;t realize if there is another car coming, he won&#39;t have a head-on collision: he&#39;ll swerve into me.</p>
