But we’re here to encourage Cali Roots goers to bike, skate, scoot, or walk there. Our daughter is there again this year, and wherever she goes, she has an eye out for bicycles, to share bike buzz with us. Bicycling Monterey 💚🌎🌍🌏<p>If you&#39;re headed to California Roots Festival / <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/CaliRoots" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>CaliRoots</span></a> May 25-28, 2023 in Monterey:</p><p>Please bike—or <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/skate" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>skate</span></a>, <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/skateboard" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>skateboard</span></a>, <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/scoot" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>scoot</span></a>, or <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/walk" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>walk</span></a> there—or if you can&#39;t use people-powered / <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/ActiveTransportation" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ActiveTransportation</span></a> to get all the way there, use a &quot;bike-and-ride&quot; option like Monterey-Salinas Transit bus. </p><p>Again in 2023, bike/skateboard valet parking will be provided at Gate 8 by faithful valet providers Mike &amp; Natasha Baroni &amp; Friends (aka Nitro Cycle 831). </p><p>The valet service was overflowing in 2022, so people who got there early had a spot, while others parked along fence OUTSIDE the valet station.
