Brandon Rittiman<p>The hearing has been postponed at least 1 week.</p><p>Judge Daniel Flynn has switched his position since the April 3 hearing.</p><p>Back then, he said he was inclined to allow the case to proceed on reckless arson and manslaughter charges.</p><p>Since then, he's said in a tentative ruling that he plans to grant PG&E's motion to dismiss those most serious charges.
