cyAnother year of failing to grow any vegetables, and effectively starving without a supermarket. Another hour of pulling out buttercup and spreading their roots so more will sprout, pulling up bittercress and spreading its seeds shooting off like gunshots, and pulling up dandelions standing proud with empty seed heads, their hundreds of seeds long since dispersed all over the yard. I bought a tomato, but it's going to die because I'm too exhausted to plant it.
