quackademic<p>It’s good to see this taken seriously!</p><p>For folks like me who are sensitive to <a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/gluten" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>gluten</span></a> it may be worth investigating how we respond to <a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/fodmap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fodmap</span></a> foods. We can’t eliminate fodmap completely bc these are foods our bodies need, but if we can identify which groups cause us most bloating &amp; upsets we can adjust our habits to find the most fun &amp; nourishing food intake for the least possible pain.</p><p>Also there’s the pesky fact that digestive systems shut down when we’re in flight or fight mode.
