It was opposed by the US, & introduced by students in the <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/LowLying" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>LowLying</span></a> nation of Vanuvatu and Solomon Islands which will be submerged by <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/SeaLevelRise" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>SeaLevelRise</span></a>.
