I definitely started to save into a trust fund in a very wrong time.

Been saving few months and now the tiny sum that I've saved is already down to -13%! 😄

Thankfully I've only saved a tiny sum as a test, so no big deal.

Didn't have confidence to this kind of saving before, and certainly don't have it now.

Cash saved this month by not yielding to the idea I have to 'upgrade' to something more recent because capitalism wants to keep making more profit:

£3000.

Instead of buying the latest camera, I replaced my still-functioning camera with the same kind and that has hardly been used. The original camera still works and has lasted 17 years so far.

The original camera now goes into service on a microscope, adding substantially to the total saved.
