News / Pretendo Network: Animal Crossing New Leaf is now in testing on Pretendo Network

The team at @pretendo has just announced that Animal Crossing: New Leaf is now available to users who are testers!

This means that anyone at the Super Mario donation tier or above ($10/month, see forum.pretendo.network/t/-/4955) will be able to access online multiplayer servers for the game. This means that you'll be able to check in to Club Tortimer again or meet up a friend in their town! Servers will remain in testing until they are deemed to be stable enough. Dream Suite is not supported at this time.

Alongside this announcement, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U and 3DS has left testing and anyone can now play those games online!

Captain Agnes: I am leading my crew of the Starship Moduland through the asteroid belt. We've run into some unexpected turbulence, but I think we'll manage to get through and up to warp speed momentarily. @SecurityWriter i'll just wait till the first one gets too old to be useful even for youtube browsing, which is the only thing my kid still uses it for (yeah, i should really just block youtube entirely, but this response is about switch) and then try custom flashing it. i loved the hardware when i bought it (until i learned the memory cards were made to fail after some time), but everything software on the switch was and is such an overpriced, locked-down, primitive gameplay-wise marketing bs… so bland compared to pc gaming i was used to (and my kids ended up opting for) that i just don't see myself paying for anything #nintendo anymore.
