Good Morning peeps :)

Out on my Birthday - 21 again, don't cha' know👀 ...if only! 🤣

Today was long run day, I had already planned the distance a few weeks ago. Wanting to celebrate my birthday with a half, but I only planned the route this last week.

so,

(time taken for half 2:35:05 - 7:10m/km)
New PB for a Half Marathon, hacking off 10.01 mins from the first one. :blobcatdance:

Image is of the bridge that separates Garghur from Madliena and Sweiqi, known as the Victoria lines, it is part of the 12km of fortifications built by the British in 1897 to protect the island. The Bridge is an aqueduct over the valley offering a safe route across for vehicles between the hills that separate Madliena, Sweiqi and Garghur. The hills are lined with tree, and the gorge below is filled with scrub and trees. The sky is powdery blue with whispy white clouds
