coffeentacos: パズルバトル<p>Pretty excited to get to Amagami now that the Vita version's got an English patch. The PSP and PS2 versions being split into multiple files due to technical limitations made those unappealing options so this is exciting.</p><p>This is a game I never thought I'd get to play when it released 16 years ago, at least, not unless my Japanese got good enough. Not quite there yet (I don't think) but glad I'll be able to play it anyway.</p><p><a href="https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-amagami-english-version.668601/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">gbatemp.net/threads/release-am</span><span class="invisible">agami-english-version.668601/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://urusai.social/tags/Amagami" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Amagami</span></a> <a href="https://urusai.social/tags/FanTranslations" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FanTranslations</span></a> <a href="https://urusai.social/tags/PSVita" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PSVita</span></a></p>

🍄Inoculating the Odd in AuDHD<p>Along the way, I found some steam curations of games that can be found on the vita. It really helps to get the steam metadata and reviews that I might not get on a Vita-exclusive forum. A lot of the times vita games are recommended by people who have a nostalgia for games that I don't have, so it's cool to be reminded that I can also get titles that I'm more familiar with but never tried: Baba is you, Cuphead, Don't Starve, etc. Games that my friends might recognize and could motivate them to become more interested in abandoned handheld consoles. These are the kind of indie games that work great in the vita format even if it wasn't intended for it. There's a lot of newer small indie games like that I wish I could play too! </p><p><a href="https://store.steampowered.com/curator/43446723-Vita-Gaming-on-PC/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">store.steampowered.com/curator</span><span class="invisible">/43446723-Vita-Gaming-on-PC/</span></a><br><a href="https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45129894/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">store.steampowered.com/curator</span><span class="invisible">/45129894/</span></a><br><a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/psVita" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>psVita</span></a> <a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/homeBrew" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>homeBrew</span></a> <a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/vitaHacking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vitaHacking</span></a></p>
🍄Inoculating the Odd in AuDHD<p>I always keep my PS Vita Slim 2000 close by, but I find I don't play it much. I have a bulky carrying case, but don't have a case for the body itself, and sometimes get worried about damaging it despite it being a portable handheld. </p><p>I get into phases with picking it up and putting it down again. I have a lot of storage that was expensive as hell purchased early on when I was around 12 years old. However, it's not enough to keep every game I ever come across for the vita on there. </p><p>It just occurred to me, it really doesn't hurt to just start keeping a spreadsheet that has a list of these game names. Even though I might not have them on my vita itself, it's easy to download basically any of them through homebrew. That might make it easier for me to remember whether they're worth playing if I end up having to delete them. I also want to be more easy on myself about feeling bad about games that are too hard for me or don't click on the vita, there really is a vast collection out there.<br><a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/psVita" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>psVita</span></a> <a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/homeBrew" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>homeBrew</span></a> <a href="https://post.lurk.org/tags/vitaHacking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vitaHacking</span></a></p>
Delta Sierra<p>Playing FFX Remastered on the PS Vita, it's pretty great! I love the alternative sphere grid setup; there's a real possibility of screwing up your character builds in the early game but I feel like I've done okay so far. Also, the Vita is *excellent* for short bursts of gaming. I can play for 30 minutes and then put the console into standby; in standby mode it just sips power. No need to worry about losing progress because I couldn't reach a save point in time, and no need to worry about the battery dying and losing my progress! I've also got some homebrew software installed to overclock the Vita while displaying FPS and battery percentage. The overclock seems to help with load times a bit (at least on this title).</p><p>I still suck at blitzball though.</p><p><a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/finalfantasy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>finalfantasy</span></a> <a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/ffx" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ffx</span></a> <a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/psvita" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>psvita</span></a> <a href="https://furry.engineer/tags/gaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>gaming</span></a></p>
