They are investigating the cause. My mother heard an explosion around noon, so we think a transformer blew.According to a post on Nextdoor, at 12:17pm it left 5092 customers without power, down to 775 at 12:28pm.On PG&E's site, they estimated service restoration by about 3:30pm.
