Paul Wermer, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0<p>And we finished up with a march to, and speeches at, Fort Mason Great Meadow, up near Beniamino Bufano&#39;s Madonna .</p><p>The organizers pulled this together in 48hrs. Somewhere over 200 participants, maybe as many as 300. Not bad. Lots of passionate support, the parks are loved for many reasons.</p><p>Kudos to the organizers, and esp to the ad hoc speakers , from Junior Ranger Juniper to the high school youth to the old folks - all showing how important our National Parks are to all, for so many reasons.
