The ragù that has been simmering for the last 6½ hours tastes exceptionally good. Tomorrow some of it will become lasagne.

Just made my version of #Ragu/#goilash. I lb turkey burger, I can chicken broth, 1 can tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, oregano, smoked paprika and ziti. Threw everything into to taste. Didn’t have tomato paste so added ketchup. Decided it’s more of sophisticated Mac & cheese. Tooo Wordie? #TooBadSoSad #recipes
