sgt1372@professorhank I'm 74 & have been taking <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Naps" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Naps</a> since I retired at 57 but it's not like I plan them.If I was still on the job "Working," there wouldn't be any time for naps. But, being <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Retired" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Retired</a> & spending most of my time at <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/HomeAlone" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#HomeAlone</a>, I spend part of the afternoon watching TV in a lounge chair, & I almost always fall asleep & take a "nap" when I do.This is why I can make do with only 5-6 hrs sleep a night. I get the other hr or 2 napping. 😉
