Bicycling Monterey 💚🌎🌍🌏<p>In our latest conversation, this eve, with a teen cited in Monterey County while biking, we found what is typically the case: The teen received helmet citation (helmets are required for minors by California law) while biking in a manner that drew the attention of police officer—doing wheelies amidst traffic. Bicycling Monterey 💚🌎🌍🌏<p>Our spirits were lifted today to receive a contribution from someone unknown to us. We don’t know how John McCarthy found the Bicycling Monterey site and projects, but we’re very grateful he responded with a generous contribution to help support our Education Projects.
