geographile<p>In the late &#39;70s, we had a family member who had property at the far west end of Red Bank Road in <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Tehama" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Tehama</span></a> county. He knew someone who lived on land that was entirely off-grid, there. Everything that wasn&#39;t basic mechanical work was ran on propane.
