Chad Jordahl :mtdiablo: :oski:<p>Warren Ellis and Jerry Ordwa put Popeye in a comic with Diana Prince / Wonder Woman! He&#39;s a background character in a transit station in Gotham City. It&#39;s in Planetary/JLA: Terra Occulta, published in 2002. No idea if he fits in the story, or if there&#39;s some other reason the famous cartoon sailor man is in a superhero comic... <br />⚓💪</p><p><a href="https://sfba.social/tags/popeye" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>popeye</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/comics" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>comics</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/GraphicNovels" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>GraphicNovels</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/WonderWoman" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WonderWoman</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/jla" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>jla</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/planetary" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>planetary</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/WarrenEllis" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WarrenEllis</span></a></p>
Chad Jordahl :mtdiablo: :oski:<p>Starting Planetary Book Two by Warren Ellis (words) and John Cassady (pictures). I read book one exactly 2 years ago and tbh I don&#39;t remember it. 😳 But I know that I liked it! I hope and assume that I&#39;ll get back into the characters and story quickly.</p><p><a href="https://sfba.social/tags/comics" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>comics</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/GraphicNovels" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>GraphicNovels</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/fiction" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>fiction</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/bookstodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>bookstodon</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/WarrenEllis" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WarrenEllis</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/ScienceFiction" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ScienceFiction</span></a></p>
