Tales from the Two Lands<p>This rather imposing looking gentleman was called Roy (or Roma-Roy) and he was the high priest of Amun during the later part of Ramesses II’s reign &amp; into the reigns of the next Pharaohs. His brother Bakenkhonsu and his father Roma had been high priests before him.</p><p>This is a block statue, he’s depicted seated in a squatting position.
