While #naked in #nature, there is a profound letting go of #societal constructs & an immersion in the true #nature of things, which #Zen master #Dōgen sees as essential to the practice of #ZenBuddhism. The removal of clothes is more than symbolic of shedding distractions, it allows one to experience the world & one’s own #body without the veil of #societal expectations or attachments. #Enlightenment is found in the simplicity & immediacy of direct #experience.

Adventures can be transformative experiences that help us discover more about ourselves, our values & where we truly belong. Stepping out of our comfort zones often leads to personal growth & a deeper understanding of our place in the world.
