There is a craft on the bookshelf. This is miniature interior toy, made from nettle fibers by dry felting, in the form of a koala with a baby. An adult koala sits on a eucalyptus branch and holds a branch with one paw and eats leaves. The baby clings to the mother koala's back with all paws, its head is turned to the side. They’re really practical to transport small object such as earphones, keys, coins, etc.

A little blue whale pouch photographed on a wooden background, surrounded with decorative plants.
The whale has a pale blue belly and darker blue back and fins. Under the open flap lined with blue fabric with a flower pattern, its eye is round and open; a tiny blush embroidered under it.

Another picture of the pouch, this one with a closed, dark blue flap. When closed, the embroidered eye is closed and a little blue flower is embroidered in the corner.
On the back is attached an ivory ribbon with a small lobster clasp.

Visited the historic Northwest Railway Museum, built in 1890 and looked charming in Spring settings.

The charming Northwest Railway Museum (NRM) built in 1890 is nestled under the blooming branches of a cherry blossom tree, with soft pink flowers contrasting against the rustic, vintage architecture in Snoqualmie, Washington.
It is the oldest continuously operating train station in the state of Washington and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
Today tourists can take the train from the Depot to the top of Snoqualmie Falls, then to North Bend and back. A new period-appropriate (and very ornate) cedar shingle roof was completed in 2024.
