JD<p>Nice little <a href="https://mountains.social/tags/jog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>jog</span></a> this morning on the heels of yesterday’s <a href="https://mountains.social/tags/lifting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lifting</span></a> session, a nice start to a 12-week fitness revamp—the last six months haven’t been kind.</p><p>Decided on trying a Tactical Barbell lifting plan, mostly because it’s straightforward, basic, flexible, and *claims* it’ll leave muscles fresh for other activities. Coupling that with a running plan capped at 4.5 hr/week over 3-days/week, focused on base. The main goal is simply to do the work and re-establish good habits.
