⁂iwein⁂I've tested different decision making strategies in different groups. I got interested in this because of a heated discussion between OSS devs about 20 years ago, and it has kept popping up since.The most eye opening experiences were with groups of children. Three models that naturally occur in families are dictatorship (who's boss?), meritocracy (who's best?), and sociocracy (what's fair?).
