Not every lens is about perfection.
Some are about soul, flaws, and a certain kind of magic that modern glass just doesn’t give you.
This was shot with one of my favourite vintage Russian lenses — a Helios 44 — mounted on my Leica. Softness, swirls, character... exactly what I love for personal work and storytelling photography.

Heute endlich mal wieder mit der Kamera unterwegs gewesen. Der Fotorucksack und insgesamt 4 Objektive waren dabei. Alle wurden eingesetzt. Fazit: Kirschblüte ist schön, aber leidet etwas darunter, dass die anderen Bäume noch sehr karg sind. Bild wurde mit dem Helios 44-2 gemacht. #fotographie #photography #manualfocus
