David Zappelli<p>Pan-seared <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/pork" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>pork</span></a> chop, <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/yuca" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>yuca</span></a> fries, &amp; chimichurri sauce. The pork is seasoned with salt, chili powder, &amp; sage. <br />The yuca is peeled, parboiled, cut into sticks, and fried in canola oil. After, they are seasoned with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and a bit of pico de Gallo seasoning. <br />Chimichurri sauce is made with chopped cilantro, oregano, and parsley, minced shallot, finely diced jalapeño pepper, minced garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, salt, and generous extra-virgin olive oil.</p>
