Have scientists figured out if panic attacks count as cardio yet? 
(Yeah yeah, I know chronic stress is bad for the cardiovascular system, what about transient acute stress?)

I think stimming burns a ton of calories. Not sure about the panic but it must.
@Adventurer @infoseccrow @actuallyautistic Pretty sure it does because that's why cortisol is released in the first place: to jailbreak locked up glucose into the blood for immediate use.
