@liztai I’ve thankfully used Jira for only a few years, but to me the secret is to hide almost all the fields except the ones I use *all* the time. There are dozens of fields I never care about.
@liztai Atlassian products all tend to be super crufty and weird for some reason. I think it’s just accretion over time, and an unwillingness to refactor for fear of breaking some other enterprise tool for an existing customer.
