#hottake Selifes are cringe. Always have been.
@jonathankoren I can agree. Rarely, if at all, can I do selfies.
@LateNite not even once. Cringe to look at. Cringe to do. Cringe to see other people do.
I’m sorry, but I don’t need a photo at a bad angle where everyone is crammed together just so you can brag on instagram.
@LateNite speaking of photos. You have some good ones. That’s a follow.
Here. Take these I took this weekend.
@jonathankoren Thank you. Do you take pics often around SF? It's a new hobby for me. I couldn't take a picture to save my life. At least that's what I always believed. And that's why I knew selfies were never my thing (haha).
@LateNite not often. I live and work down in the South Bay. Street photos of buildings and graffiti tend be my favorite subjects though. (My wife always complains that I never take pictures of people on trips.)
We were camping at Kirby Cove just across the bridge this weekend.
@jonathankoren Same here. Buildings, street scenes, murals/ graffiti. It's never people.
Kirby Cove. Not familiar at all. I'll have to google it.
@LateNite it’s right across the GGB on the western/ocean side. There’s a state park there. It’s named after the old gun battery.
I had no idea just how many old coastal artillery batteries rimmed the Golden Gate until this weekend. (It’s a lot!)
@jonathankoren I take walks to The Presidio. And sometimes walk across GG Bridge. I used to bike to the Marin Headlands destination Black Sands Beach. But I had no idea about Kirby Cove. I'd like to walk over there one day and take some pictures.
