@williampietri The funniest thing about blockchain, to me, is when someone's like "This is a watertight system of verifying provenance of an item or thing", as if horse breeders have been just winging it for the last thousand years. :p
@Cher For sure! For years it was the number one technology for solving problems the proponent had no experience with.
@williampietri @Cher OK, OK , you pushed me over the edge. I DON'T have to write an impassioned toot about how if you define "blockchain" widely enough, it has real applications. My restraint is for multiple reasons but as relevant here, the problem being solved is central and people go from there to "oh we could chain the signatures, sure".
