I sent this beast off yesterday to be serviced. It’s generally in decent shape for a 1970s deck, though I’m anticipating getting it back in like-new condition.

An AKAI GX-230D reel to reel tape deck. Laying on its back, face up. Mostly silver with black dials and switches. It’s reels are a beautiful blue adorned with six round holes, though which the 1/4” tape is visible.
