#USpol Has anyone heard anything from ebook distributors about how these tariffs will work? Assuming digital items are included? It might depend on the corporate structure of the distributor, maybe?
Tariffs are collected at ports of entry. How would a tariff on digital goods be collected?
@andytiedye no clue. Where is the point of entry for an ebook uploaded to Ingram Spark from Australia then distributed to Kobo in Canada and sold in the US? When all the back end servers for all of them are likely in the US anyway?

@CaraBruar I think ebooks etc count as "services" an area where the US has a trade surplus. AFAIK tariffs are rarely (if ever?) applied on services?
