I'm glad to learn that #Scotland's last #greyhound racing venue has closed. The unlicensed track in #Fife didn't even have a #vet at meetings. It's strange to be that a legal ban on this cruel "sport" is still not in place

Anstruther on the north shore of the Firth of Forth in the wonderful East Neuk of Fife. A busy and attractive harbour and the main commercial centre in the East Neuk: as well as being home to outstanding fish & chips. Update: Man seen driving fake ICE vehicle in Fife WA has been arrested and charged with 2nd degree criminal impersonation.

The man claims he did it for his youtube channel, which is also how cops located him, bc he posted videos staging fake ICE arrests(uniform n all) with the same vehicle.

The car was also driven on public streets with no plates and had misspellings in the ICE emblem.

“My job is to work with communities to plant trees in #Fife as part of climate action. I was working early in the morning to prepare for 4 local High schools to come out & plant trees in Dunnikier Park, Fife. I was digging some holes for big trees to go in along a main road.

A lovely man must have seen me working on my own & went to buy me a cup of tea & an iced bun. He came back to ‘drop it off to the lassie that was working hard on her own.’"

Pretty crazy to see the breadth of Tesla protests in the Seattle area yesterday.

A few hundred protesters showed up at each location including three locations in Seattle alone.

Reportedly Bellevue had 300+ in attendance which is kinda amazing because I didn't realize there were 300 ppl on the east side who don't own a Tesla.

David Stewart, 1st Duke of Rothesay, son of King Robert III and heir to the Scottish crown, was murdered by his uncle, Robert Stewart, 1st Duke of Albany, at Falkland Palace in Fife on 26 March 1402. Culross in Fife, on the north shore of the Firth of Forth. The village has been beautifully restored over many years and is the nearest thing to a 16th century time capsule that Scotland has to offer. More pics and info: https://www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/culross/culross/index.html
