For what it's worth, I'd just like to encourage any other learners of Irish to not give up on yourself, & go at your own pace. 'Comparison is the thief of joy' - there's no need to feel inferior to anyone else. There are so many free resources there now so just enjoy the journey!

Róisín Elsafty (born in Connemara) is an Irish-Egyptian singer in the sean-nós tradition. She is a native speaker of Irish and and fluent in Arabic. The family were a multi-religious household, celebrating both Christmas and Eid ul-Fitr. 1/2

So Irish has specific grammatical rules for.....sheep.

Need some help checking a translation. The original English phrase is "Bicycles deliver the freedom that car ads promise"
As Gaeilge, does this sound right?:
