I'm interested in joining/forming a small group to encourage and support each other in learning. I've been slowly reaching out to people who I think might be interested, and at the same time thinking about what it could be. Today I came across the idea of "cooperative base groups" from a post from The Cooperative Learning Institute.

"Cooperative base groups are long-term, heterogeneous cooperative learning groups with stable membership (Johnson, Johnson, & Holubec, 2008). Members’ primary responsibilities are to (a) ensure all members are making good academic progress (i.e., positive goal interdependence) (b) hold each other accountable for striving to learn (i.e., individual accountability), and (c) provide each other with support, encouragement, and assistance in completing assignments (i.e., promotive interaction)"
Translated to a professional setting, I think that is exactly what I'm looking for.
