Recurly published their 2025 State of #Subscriptions (I missed this back in Feb) - features industry #churnrates and a data on re-signups after churn: "Return acquisition percentage" for % of new signups that were previously subscribed. They also say: "Artificial intelligence (AI) has become indispensable. AI enables businesses to analyze subscriber behaviors, predict churn risks, and automate recovery efforts." okay speaking of #subscriptions what is as good as RoboKiller but not as expensive as #RoboKiller is about to get? 
I forgot that I had a subscription item at #Amazon until I got an email telling me my window for managing the delivery is coming up.
Suddenly they’ve removed the ability to cancel “subscribe and save” subscriptions.
I had to do a chat to get it canceled. And I’m happy I got to tell him all this.
He didn’t even try to argue with me he thanked me for all the detail. And then he canceled my subscription for me. I also told him I think it’s illegal for them to not let us cancel with a click, but whatever I won’t be doing it again.
