Running a bit late today, really struggling to get my act into gear this morning.

Thursday has arrived as Thursdays do, racing past Wednesday towards Friday.

It’s a bit dull & overcast here in deepest, darkest Yorkshire but there is a promise of better weather later & a high of 15ºC.

I’ll hopefully get out later to start cleaning up after the great gravel cleaning exercise, & then maybe spend a little more time on the NMS ‘Relics’ expedition.

Mrs S is off to take her mum to the memory clinic - so that will make 3 of our family with some form of dementia … one would feel cursed if one believed in such things. On the plus side it does mean that I will have a quiet day.

I told the cats it was Hump day, they looked at me gone out & vanished! What did I say??

Glorious morning here, but cold to start off with.

One last day resting the paw … it does seem to be predominantly the right one that is playing up, but the splint seemed to help last night so hopefully I’ll be good for a last push on the gravel front tomorrow!

Gotta therapy session later too, yay.

Otherwise same old same old.

Well it’s a lovely sunny Saturday morning here in deepest, darkest Yorkshire. Although it’s flipping cold still! There’s rumours of warmer temps next week which will be very welcome!

Mrs S has gone to do the shopping & then on to see her mum, the cats are asleep upstairs after an exhausting hour or two while they had breakfast. Peace reigns!

Might get out & do some more gravel cleaning later but for now I’m finishing my coffee & enjoying the solitude.

Thursday, named after Thor - you know dude wid a ‘ammer, besties with Iron-man.

So gotta go to the dentist in a little bit, I cracked a molar the other week on something overly crunchy so I see a filling in my future - either today or sometime soon!

No plans for the rest of the day so far. Possibly recovering from the dentist using my mouth as drilling practice!
