End goal is a #randonneuring bike of sorts, but I am in need of your help deciding on some specifics. Questions to come in the new year. For now, want to share some pics of the frame.
First question for #BikeTooter. Resto-modding the Trek 620; leave the Dark Blue Metallic with original stickers (nicks, chips, scuffs, and all) or media blast and repaint in the Construction Pumpkin Orange and white of the vaunted 1993 Bridgestone XO-1 (because let’s face it, I’ll never find an XO-1)?
Next #biketooter question on the '85 Trek 620 build. NOS era specific compact double plus 7/8 rear speed drivetrain, or full on retromod 1x?
