#Alamtg this evening. The economic development update will be heard in April because todays calendar is so full
In non-agenda public comments one was against slow street in west end on Santa Clara. Two were in support for a permanent memorial for Mario Gonzalez (and raising frustration that existing memorial was removed). One was about process for member of the public to ask staff questions etc before hearings #alamtg
And one speaker came to discuss the state of the roads #alamtg
And the joys of mastick senior center #alamtg
And another in support of a permanent memorial for Mario Gonzalez #alamtg
Update on events hosted by temple Israel. And someone with some random car free forth of July spitballing that sounded interesting. (Also serving food so I missed some details) #alamtg
Now a large debate about pulling the sister city item from consent #alamtg
Item 5j will be pulled and heard immediately after consent. Vice Mayor Pryor is recusing from the radium item and the balance of the passes with that recusal #alamtg
I am going to eat dinner during the sister city public comments and discussion #alamtg
And apparently also stop watching and go to bed. There’s still 20+ speakers and council isn’t still fully recovered from recess. Clerk has announced that the CARP update will come back April 1. Port settlement and fernside items still planned to go tonight. #alamtg
@AlexisKrieg Wow - any idea how much more they got to? Were comments mostly positive or negative? Did there seem to be any organization behind them?
@AlexisKrieg Thanks for the write up!
