You are ignorant in three major fields for a newspaper - geography, history and politics.
Today is the 5 year anniversary of NearlyKnowledgeable! I am grateful for all the support I've received on this journey! Being able to share Shropshire's story means so much to me. I'm feeling rather emotional thinking about how far I've come!

Aerial view of Caer Caradoc in Shropshire (UK), a large multivallate #hillfort built around 2500 years ago.
Caer Caradoc measures approximately 450m by 160m, enclosing an area of around 3ha. Unusually, it also has an ‘engineered terrace’ or causeway leading to the hillfort on the eastern side.
Caer Caradoc is named for a semi-legendary British (Welsh/Cornish/Breton) prince, who may have held the site as part of his territory.
