I would expect to see overall persistence, and probably expansion/intensification, of drought centered over lower CO River basin (expanding further into SoCal and into southern Rockies), esp. given strong anomalous late spring/early summer warm signal. #CAwx #AZwx #UTwx #COwx

Current Drought Monitor image. It depicts a substantial drought centered on the Desert SW, though it extends into Southern CA and some portions of Southern Rockies.

Late spring/early summer temperature prediction for the United States from the C3S superensemble. It suggests a high likelihood of much warmer than average temperatures during this period over essentially the entire West, especially away from the immediate coast, during this period.
